How can artists and local government leaders work together to bring innovative and creative capacities to achieve civic goals, improve the workings of government, and benefit community residents? Learn from Nicole Crutchfield, Director of Planning and Development from the City of Fargo, ND, about her work with artists to develop strategies for the city’s stormwater management system. We will also learn how artists and local leaders are partnering to address city-wide mandates such as racial equity.
