It is with a heavy heart we share the news of Frank So, FAICP. So served as executive director of APA and AICP from 1996 to 2001. He helped create Planning magazine and the Planners Press book publishing program. He worked as the Director of Planning and Community Development for the Village of Harvey, Consulting Advisor to the Village of Flossmoor, adjunct professor at Governors State University, and a volunteer planning career advisor to the Peace Corps.
