RFP: Traffic Signal Asset Management Plan

Tri-County Regional Planning Commission seeks to collaborate with a qualified firm to provide professional services to assist with the development of a locally controlled Traffic Signal Asset Management Plan (TSAMP). The TSAMP will include a GIS inventory of locally controlled signalized intersections with their corresponding attributes including pedestrian flashers, the extraction of timing plans from each signal box to collect AM and PM timings, and a final report that includes an overview of the process, findings, and recommendations. Additionally, the consultant will be tasked with importing the signal timing data into the Tri-County Activity-Based Travel Demand Model. A total of $430,000 has been programmed for this procurement opportunity.
