The Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways (DOTH) Invest in Cook program is taking applications until March 13. This program funds transportation planning and capital investments throughout Cook County, and can include ROW acquisition and, importantly, Phase I engineering.
The call for projects opens on January 15, 2020 and ends at 5:00 PM CST on March 13, 2020.
