7/1/20 - Applying for ITEP Funds for Biking & Walking Projects (Part 1)

Join the upcoming Active Transportation Alliance & Illinois Public Health Institute webinar series to help your community apply for funding from the Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program (ITEP). This year the grant cycle will provide $80 million in state and federal funding for walking, biking, and trail projects around the state – this is a HUGE funding opportunity that our state has never seen before!


This webinar is perfect for municipal and regional staff and others who may be involved in writing and applying for ITEP funding. Advocates, you may also be interested in joining to see how you can assist your community in the application process. The webinar is a collaboration between Active Trans and the Illinois Public Health Institute and is the first of a three-part series to help build the capacity of communities to successfully apply for ITEP funds.
