The APA-IL Chapter recognizes outstanding plans and individuals across Illinois each year through our Awards Program. We've E X T E N D E D the nomination deadline until 5:00 pm CST on Friday, June 28, 2019. Those interested in submitting a nomination should review the 2019 APA-IL Awards Nomination Packet which outlines eligibility and submission guidelines.
Visit the 2019 Awards Program webpage to submit your online nomination. Award winners will be honored at the 2019 APA-IL State Conference in Evanston, IL, September 25, 2019.

The submission process is entirely online; please note that hard copy submissions will NOT be accepted. Award information can be found on the chapter awards website. What if I can't send a check to you the same day I submit an application? No problem, we will accept checks until 5:00 pm July 5, 2019. What information will I need to fill out an application? What support documents do I need to submit? Download the 2019 APA-IL Awards Program and read through the process on page 4. A sample of the online nomination application is on page 5. If the organization nominating is the funding agency, do we still need a letter of support? Yes, a letter of support is still needed.
