Registration open for 2019 Jane's Walk Tours: Uptown, Boystown, Chinatown, and South Loop, River

For the second year, APA-IL partners with Jane's Walk Chicago on a series of walking tours exploring Chicago's urban planning history. This year's roster includes six after-hours urban explorations in six Chicago neighborhoods. The walks, aimed at honoring the legacy of Jane Jacobs, ask "What would Jane Jacobs do!?" Taking theory to practice, each walking tour partners with either a resident or expert to explore both unexpected ways urban planning intersects with people's lives and the countless ways policies of decades past still impact each of us today. Walk with us and envision a Chicago that is healthy, vibrant, and just! Registration is now open for:
May 2 - Uptown Walking Tour
May 9 - Boystown Walking Tour
May 16 - River North Walking Tour (CM available Thursday, 5/16 only. Tour also offered 5/18)
May 23 - Bronzeville Walking Tour (CM available Thursday, 5/23 only. Tour also offered 5/25)
May 30 - Chinatown Walking Tour
June 6 - South Loop Walking Tour
