Low-Stress Bikeways: A Tour of Neighborhood-scale Bicycling Solutions


Join us for a guided Divvy tour of recent neighborhood bicycle projects and learn about neighborhood-level planning activities currently under way from the Chicago Department of Transportation. The guided ride is approximately 5 miles long and will include stops at various places in the Uptown and Edgewater neighborhoods on the City's north side. Bikes will be provided courtesy of Divvy, but participants must bring their own helmets and sign a Divvy waiver to participate.

Capacity is limited to 25, register today!

  • Tim Gustafson, AICP is a Senior Associate with Alta Planning + Design, and

  • David Smith, AICP is a Senior Transportation Planner with T.Y. Lin International and serves as Project Manager for the Chicago Department of Transportation’s Bicycle Program.
