CNU Illinois & APA-IL Fulton Market District tour - Join Us!


Already known as one of the premier areas in Chicago for food, entertainment and culture, the Fulton Market District is now attracting start-ups and tech giants alike as the new focal point for the City’s ongoing technology and innovation boom. Come and take part in this unique opportunity to explore the intersecting elements of history, culture and industry in one of the City’s most dynamic mixed-use districts.

The tour will be co-led by Benet Haller, Director of Urban Design and Planning for the City of Chicago; and Scott Goodman, the Founding Principal of Sterling Bay Real Estate – providing participants with points of view from both the public and private sectors.
