7/9 Waukegan Plan Commissioner Training

The City of Waukegan requested a Plan Commissioner training after about two years had passed since their previous training. Their request was answered by trainers, Andy Cross, AICP and Emily Egan, AICP on July 9, 2026  Andy and Emily used their experience with municipal planning to highlight lessons and provide examples on training material for open meetings act, findings of fact, ethics, public engagement, and more!  Staff from Waukegan were also present and represented experienced planners and new planners who started the same week as the training! Great event for all!
