Take the survey: What would you want out of an Illinois local gov leadership program?
The APA-IL has been part of a small group of association representatives including ILCMA, IPELRA, IGFOA, GMIS, APWA, IAMMA, and others that have been meeting over the past year to determine the next steps in designing a program centered upon development of early and mid-career public service employees.
The ad-hoc group agreed that a survey and focus groups should collect feedback from these individuals to ensure that the content and objectives meet future participant expectations.
