The APA-IL Legislative Committee is following Governor Pritzker's BUILD package of legislation, which has been filed in both the Illinois House and Senate (omnibus HB5626 and individual bill elements SB4060, SB4061, SB4062, SB4063, and SB4064; additional bills may be filed).
