RFP: Village of Homewood Zoning Code Update

The Village seeks proposals for a qualified consultant to assist with a comprehensive update of the existing zoning code. Emphasis is on definitions, permitted and special uses lists for all zoning districts, parking standards, and purposes of the business districts. The consultant will ensure the Code is legally sound, straightforward, easy to use and practical to enforce. The final work program will be developed in conjunction with Village of Homewood staff.
