The Village of Lincolnwood is seeking assistance from a Market Analysis/Planning firm or team to provide services related to the preparation of a plan (“Plan”) for the Northeast Industrial District (NEID) subarea. The planning subarea includes commercial and industrial properties in an area generally bound by Touhy Avenue on the north, Hamlin Avenue on the west, Pratt Avenue on the south, and McCormick Boulevard on the east. Several of the parcels within the subarea lie within the NEID Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District. A key goal of the Plan is to focus on the long-term development of properties within the TIF, along with the impact of their development on properties throughout the planning area.
