Request for Proposal to Update the Comprehensive Plan for Polk County, Iowa

Polk County, Iowa is seeking a consulting firm to prepare an update to the Comprehensive Plan. Polk County’s current Comprehensive Plan “Polk 2030” was adopted in May 2006. In the 14 years since adoption, many changes including significant growth, development and redevelopment have occurred within Polk County. The comprehensive plan update would look out to horizon year 2050.
