The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is hosting a free webinar to analyze the role of green infrastructure in the EPA Superfund's plans for redeveloping contaminated areas. The Superfund program is devoted to using green infrastructure to better manage stormwater and to create healthy, sustainable, and resilient communities and environments for all to live.
This webcast will include presentations from EPA's Office of Land and Emergency Management Carlos Pachon, representative from EPA's Region 9 RoseMarie Caraway, and Skeo Solutions' Maureen Maupin. All three speakers will highlight successful implementations of green infrastructure and discuss how green infrastructure is shaping public stakeholders', such as landscape architects, views of the long term potential of contaminate sites.
