The Wyndham Springfield City Centre is just a 3 hour Drive from the heart of downtown Chicago (with moderate traffic).

a 3.5 hour train ride from Chicago (...and high speed rail is scheduled to be in service in time for our conference!!)
a 55 minute plane ride from O'Hare Airport
17 hours to bike via Route 66 (via bike trails could take you 17-18 hours)
a mere 63 hours to walk via Route 66!

The Wyndham is also only 1.5 hours from St. Louis, MO, 2.5 hours from Davenport, IA, and 3 hours from Indianapolis, IN. We welcome any out-of-state friends that would like to join us for some camaraderie & professional development!

Parking

The Wyndham Parking Garage can be entered on Monroe or 7th street. Guests will press the button to raise the entrance arm and will receive a parking stub.

Day attendees will give this stub to the attendant as they exit. The cost is $0.75/hour until you hit nine hours and then it is $7.00/24 hours.

Overnight guests will have the option to pay the rate listed above with cash as they exit or they can charge parking to their room at $10/night. If they chose this option they will be given a pass to show to the attendant as they exit the garage and this will include in and out privileges.
