2006 Illinois Chapter and Section Nominations

	The Illinois Chapter of the APA bylaws designate that the biannual election of officers be initiated by a Nomination Committee selecting a slate of officers for election. The Committee includes representatives of both Chapter sections and nominates at least one candidate for each position, if candidates are available. The slate nominated by the Committee for the State Chapter and two sections are below. All chapter members vote for the Chapter candidates and the candidates from the Section in which they reside. Ballots will be mailed in October. Director - Kim Smith Past Officer - Wayne Dust Treasurer - Phil Dick Secretary - open Training Coordinator - open Any Illinois State Section member in wishing to stand for the Secretary or Training Coordinator petition should contact Rob Kowalski or Michael Blue. Petition candidates may be placed on the ballot. A petition candidate must receive signatures of 20 Chapter members and present the petition and a position statement to the Chapter by August 1, 2006 (click here for petition).
